The new Squale 2002 Blue-Red

The latest iteration of the iconic 2002 series features a brand new color combination with a strong personality: a blue dial with applied indexes and a two-tone blue and red bezel.

The timeless 2002 series traces its roots back to the 1970s. Each model from this series is designed for the most adventurous and demanding divers, blending tradition with avant-garde design. Functionality and innovation meet in every detail of the elegant design, originally conceived by Charles Von Buren, the brand’s founder. The 70s aesthetic goes hand in hand with the next-generation technologies and materials.

Together with the new color combination, Squale is launching an exclusive rotating pressure bezel with a sapphire glass disc. This scratch-resistant sturdy bezel is also resistant to ultraviolet rays and corrosion caused by salt water.

The bezel’s dodecagonal shape allows it to be removed easily. The markers and hands are made with SuperLuminova to ensure excellent visibility even under low light conditions. The inside of the sapphire glass features an anti-reflective coating for optimal legibility in every circumstance.

The Blue-Red Squale 2002 is water-resistant up to 1000m.

The tried-and-tested Swiss movement guarantees precise and reliable time keeping. The scratch-resistant, 4mm thick, sapphire crystal is mounted on a double gasket on the dial. This innovative construction technique guarantees exceptional resistance under the most difficult conditions

This model also features a helium escape valve, seamlessly integrated into the side of the case, designed to release the gas and pressure that build up during deep-sea diving.

The Blue-Red Squale 2002 is extremely comfortable to wear due to its curved lugs. The beautifully designed steel case measures 43mm by 55mm and has a height of 13mm. This extraordinary watch can be worn every day.

This model comes with a steel mesh strap.
