Repairs must be carried on by an authorized dealer or retailer who can repair it or ship it to Squale’s after-sales service center or to an authorized laboratory. If the watch is still under warranty, the International Warranty Certificate must be sent along with the watch in order to qualify for a free repair.

Your SQUALE watch has been manufactured in compliance with rigorous criteria following the best traditions of watchmaking. All Squale watches come with a two-year worldwide guarantee to cover any manufacturing defect.
The warranty takes effect from the date of purchase when this certificate is fully completed, dated and signed by the retailer, and only if accompanied by the purchase receipt. Therefore, please enclose a copy of the receipt certifying the date of purchase. The guarantee does not cover straps, crystals or batteries. Damage to the case or movement resulting from mishandling of the watch is not covered under the guarantee. Damage or problems resulting from repairs carried out by an unauthorized person are not covered.
